Job Title: Caregiver - Helper (G2 / G1)

Department: Operation Department

Reports to: Director

Working Type: Full-time or part-time (home/onsite care service)

Working Location: Designated areas in Ho Chi Minh City

1. Job Summary

Home Care Helper staff are the core of our home care service team, directly providing care and daily living support for clients and their families at their residence. This role contributes to enhancing the quality of life for clients through dedicated, professional, and respectful support.

2. Main Responsibilities

Helpers perform tasks based on client requests and the service plan provided by the company, including:

A. Elderly Care Support
  • Assist with bathing, dressing, moving, personal hygiene, medication reminders
  • Listen and provide emotional companionship
B. Housekeeping
  • Basic cleaning: floors, kitchen, bathroom, laundry area
C. Laundry & Ironing
  • Wash and dry clothes as instructed
  • Iron and organize clothes neatly
D. Shopping Assistance
  • Buy food and essential items according to the list (with full receipts)
3. Job Requirements
  • High school graduate or higher (or equivalent)
  • Preference for candidates with experience in caregiving, housekeeping, or similar work
  • Passionate about supporting others, compassionate
  • Age: 18–45 years
  • Have a motorbike for commuting
  • Preference for candidates who can care for both the elderly and children
4. Required Skills & Qualities
  • Honest, responsible, detail-oriented
  • Courteous, respectful attitude toward clients, especially the elderly and children
  • Good health, patience
  • Adhere to instructions, able to work independently
  • Willing to travel to households in the assigned area
  • Preference for candidates with foreign language skills
  • Desire to learn and grow, interested in working in Japan in the future is an advantage
5. Working Conditions
  • Work shifts or as scheduled appointments
  • Can work regularly or on a short-term request basis
  • Work is performed at the client’s home or a designated location
6. Development Opportunities

  • Free Japanese language class once a week
