Service Booking Guidelines & Policies

1. Opening hours

  • Service hours: 07:00 – 21:00 daily.
  • All service shifts will be fully within the above time frame.

2. Service duration

  • Minimum duration : 2 hours/booking.
  • Maximum duration : 8 hours for one booking per day
  • For shifts of 6–8 hours , employees will have a 30–60 minute break between shifts , which is included in the total service time to ensure the best service quality.
In case customers want to book many consecutive days or on a regular package:
  • Can be set for multiple days in a row (e.g. 2 hours per day, for 1 week).
  • The company encourages customers to use the ” periodic service package ” (3 months, 6 months, 12 months) to increase initiative and at the same time enjoy preferential prices.

3. Reservation time

  • Same day booking : must be booked at least 4 hours before the desired start time. (In case the customer needs to book an urgent service, please contact a consultant for further assistance)
  • Book multiple days in advance : we encourage customers to book 1–3 days in advance.

4. Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

Cancel service:

  • Cancellation before 24 hours : free.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours before start time : 50% service value charge .
  • Cancellation within 4 hours before start time : 100% charge .
  • For same-day orders (≥4 hours before start time) : if cancelled after confirmation, the above cancellation fee will still apply.

Change schedule:

  • First reschedule per month → free.
  • From the 2nd time onwards → apply the same fee as service cancellation.

5. Regulations on service extension

If the customer wants to extend the time while the staff is serving:

  • Staff will report to the coordinator for confirmation.
  • Minimum duration: 30 minutes.
  • Service charges will be charged in 30 minute increments.

6. Payment method & cancellation fee guarantee

  • Customers need to deposit 50% of the service value when booking.
  • If canceled properly → the deposit will be refunded, or deducted directly from the service fee upon payment.
  • If cancellation is made incorrectly → the company will retain the deposit according to policy.
  • In case of long-term/loyal customers: can flexibly pay later but still apply cancellation fee principle (note in customer profile, pay before using next service).

7. More information

  • During peak hours (07:00–10:00 and 17:00–21:00), customers should book at least 24 hours in advance so that the company can ensure staffing arrangements.
